She is survived by one sister, Lorraine O’Brien (Eugene), her children Michele Marie Downey (Charles), Diana Gayle Horrocks, and Brian Richard Phillips and son-in-law Pat Phelps. She was predeceased by her husband Dick to whom she was married for 57 years and daughter Charlene Phelps. She is also survived by seven adored grandchildren, their spouses, and six great-grandchilden. Passed away peacefully at his home in Silver Spring, MD on December 7, 2012. The son of the late Col. John Reginald Jarvis II and Patricia Louise Jarvis, he is survived by his two daughters, Monika and Erika Jarvis; the mother of his children, Nancy Jacobson Jarvis; sisters, Elizabeth Jarvis, Denise Wolfson and Kathy Jarvis; brothers, Louis, Timothy and Paul; as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister, Maureen McKenna.
